This role is responsible for executing against aggressive hiring plans and ensuring recruiting delivers consistent, high-quality outcomes across corporate, manufacturing, field, and technical roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure recruiting runs with speed, clarity, and accountability. Your work directly impacts our ability to scale the business and deliver for customers.
