On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Manager, Regulatory Reporting - Financial Institutions to Canadian Regulators for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

SENIOR MANAGER, REGULATORY REPORTING - FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS TO CANADIAN REGULATORS - JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role involves coordinating, preparing, and reconciling regulatory returns to Canadian financial regulators such as OSFI, BoC, and CDIC. The focus is on completing regulatory filings due from October to December 2025, ensuring accuracy and consistency with financial information.

SENIOR MANAGER, REGULATORY REPORTING - FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS TO CANADIAN REGULATORS - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 10+ years of experience completing regulatory filings for Financial Institutions to Canadian Regulators.
  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory returns such as M4, K4, P3, A3, A4, A2/AS, S4, CS/S3, E2/ES, F9.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.

SENIOR MANAGER, REGULATORY REPORTING - FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS TO CANADIAN REGULATORS – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of TM1 (internal bank systems).
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, prepare, and reconcile regulatory returns to OSFI, BoC, and CDIC.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, regulatory guidance, and operational guidance for assigned regulatory returns.
  • Gather and consolidate financial information and conduct complex data analysis with large datasets.
  • Analyze reports for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with other financial information.
  • Investigate queries and resolve issues related to regulatory returns.
  • Participate in cross-training with team members to ensure team resilience and business continuity.
