Description:
As a member of the team, the Senior Manager, Reporting Business Partner will lead a team of specialized analysts that will consult closely with the business to identify reporting requirements and deliver reporting/analytics solutions to enable key business decisions.
Under guidance of the Director - Global People Analytics & Reporting, the incumbent leads critical areas including global KPIs & MB reporting, Workday functionality/module implementation, and Workday report/dashboard implementation. The incumbent will lead a team of 6-8 Reporting Business Partners. A key responsibility will be serving as the liaison between the business and other teams (e.g., Lines of Business, Functional Areas, COEs, and Workday Development team) as needed to deliver report/analytic solutions. Other key areas of focus are continuous optimization of the reporting process and supporting the continued adoption of Workday reporting through various training and education methods.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
- 8 – 10 years related experience
- 5+ years supervisory or project management experience
- 3+ years of development experience with HCM reporting, Workday reports and dashboards
- 3+ years of Excel, MS Access, or Tableau experience
- Experience gathering and evaluating business requirements and developing comprehensive reporting/analytics solutions
- Exposure to various HR & non-HR related departments (e.g., Compensation, Benefits, Labor Relations, Finance, etc.)
- High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of data
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Strong desire to continue learning about new HCM technologies
- Strong business communication, consulting, and training skills
- Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Must be highly organized to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the Global People Analytics & Reporting strategy specifically related to development of global KPIs & MB reporting, and reporting for Lines of Business, Functional Areas, and COEs
- Lead the development of Global KPIs by LOB (i.e., Cost per FTE, HC/FTE, Turnover, Hires, Net FTE Impact, Management Level 1 / Management Level 2 Gender Balance)
- Lead the development & implementation of Quarterly and Annual Management Board reporting
- Lead the development of strategy for Workday functionality/module/report/dashboard implementation and partner with the offshore development to execute strategy
- Lead the development of training materials/quick-start guides for Workday reporting and conduct training sessions for various groups (e.g., HRBPs, COEs, business leaders) to optimize self-service reporting
- Lead other special projects as defined by business needs (e.g., engagement survey HRIS support)
- Serve as the liaison between HR/business leaders and the offshore report development team, translating business requirements to the development team in a way that ensures reports are built correctly
- Partner with HR Master Data Management team to define an ongoing process for review/updating of security roles to ensure that HR team has access needed to leverage self-service reporting
- Minimize the proliferation of HR reports so the same reports are used globally, regionally, and locally, where feasible.
- Promote the business report/dashboard inventory catalog to provide consistency in how HR data and key metrics are used and defined
- Define the governance process for global, regional, and local business reporting requests that include HR data
- Ensure the status of all requests and fulfillment of approved requests is tracked in an intuitive and transparent manner (e.g., within Jira or Dovetail)
- Prioritize the fulfillment of all requests and partner with other teams as needed for fulfillment
- Ensure all data privacy and information security requirements are considered in the evaluation of all report requests. Determine when requests will need to be escalated for approval and facilitate the approval process
- Maintain awareness of current trends in Workday Reporting and best practices
- Continuously improve end-to-end reporting processes
