In the Group Consolidation & Reporting team, you are responsible not only for the preparation and further development of the management report and quarterly statements, but also for coordinating external partners such as layout agencies, translators and auditors. As a central interface to Investor Relations, you analyze the consolidated financial statements, identify financial trends and special effects. You are the key contact person for analytical depth, transparency, and quality in the consolidated financial statements and contribute to ensuring that our financial communication meets the highest standards.

• You are responsible for the preparation and development of the management report and quarterly statements
• You coordinate external partners such as layout agencies, translators, and auditors
• You act as a key contact for Investor Relations and support analyst and press conferences
• You analyze the consolidated financial statements and derive recommendations for action for top management
• You prepare monthly board meetings and reviews with group subsidiaries
• You analyze KPI developments (liquidity, profitability, capital structure and debt level, segments) and identify special effects and irregularities
• You prepare the content for audit committee meetings and the annual general meeting
• You take over the content management of the accounting back office for board submissions and reports

You impress us – your profile

• A degree in business administration, ideally with an international focus, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in group accounting, reporting, or in a capital market-oriented function
• In-depth understanding of regulatory reporting requirements (HGB/IFRS)
• Experience in coordinating external service providers (agencies, auditors, translators)
• Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI analysis at group level
• Excellent communication skills and confident appearance when dealing with stakeholders at top management level
• Excellent German and English language skills
