Role Overview As an experienced Senior Manager of the Reporting Solutions & Asset Accounting sub-department, you will support the accounting and reporting activities for the real estate portfolios of Allianz for South West Europe. You will play a key role in formalizing internal processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvement, while ensuring compliance with local and international standards. Key Responsibilities Draft and maintain comprehensive documentation of accounting and reporting processes. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and control. Oversee the production of our Asset reporting (Data Warehouse…) Coordinate with our German colleagues to harmonize and streamline processes. Ensure compliance with internal control and accounting standards. Contribute to IT and transformation projects, including the implementation of new accounting rules and tools Key Requirements Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Accounting, Audit, or Finance Experience with Process description and outsourcing Experience in an international accounting department or audit firm. Solid knowledge of French GAAP and IFRS; Proficiency in ERP systems (ideally SAP FI, SAP ECCS) and MS Office. Experience in project management and change management Strong written communication skills, particularly in drafting formal documentation. Fluent in English; able to participate in professional discussions. Analytical mindset, autonomy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
