Girl Guides of Canada is actively seeking a Senior Manager, Research & Insights
Remote work environment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-secondary education in relevant discipline (e.g., business, marketing, statistics, data science) or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years experience in a research, data analytics, or insights leadership role, ideally in a mission-driven or membership-based organization.
  • Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, data modeling, forecasting, and visualization.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into clear, actional, and compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments.
  • Advanced knoweldge of analytics platforms and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, R, Python, Excel).
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team, with a commitment to building skills, fostering collaboration, and delivering high-impact work.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and navigating competing priorities to deliver insights that drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating technical findings for non-technical audiences.
  • A track record of ownership and accountability, with a commitment to quality, integrity, and follow-through.
    Hiring Range: $86,100 - $101,610/ Annual
