QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Reader.
• Relevant education, such as Construction Engineering Technology or Civil Engineering Technician certification.
• Architectural, Landscape, or Certified Project Management certifications are a plus.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand elevations.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and occupational hazards.

• As a Senior Manager, you will be the driving force behind our residential landscape construction projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing teams, overseeing scheduling, ensuring top-quality work, and fostering exceptional customer relationships.
• Lead daily and weekly scheduling meetings to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with Estimators, Construction Superintendents, and Oakridge Owners for seamless project execution.
• Supervise Junior Project Coordinator to ensure tasks and projects stay on schedule.
• Hire and manage sub-contractors, purchase materials, and manage project schedules effectively.
• Ensure smooth communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
• Complete regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure client satisfaction.
• Track project costs and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
