KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

:

  • A passion for delivering data-based recommendations for quantifiable improvements in business results and consumer satisfaction.
  • Very good communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in-person and remotely
  • Very good presentation skills and storytelling
  • People management skills are required
  • Extensive experience with BI, Financial, Merchandising processes, tools and KPIs
  • Extensive project management skills, including the ability to lead projects or work on several projects simultaneously
  • Extensive experience with analytics tools and awareness of disciplines
  • Extensive experience with visualization techniques

    · Technical skills including hands on SQL query, Databricks/Lakehouse environment/ Python/R/Modelling, data processing, and visualization tools like Power Bi, Tableau

  • Fluent English both verbally and written

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in the field of Business or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in Digital Analytics or Data Science
  • Extensive experience in BI or Data Engineering environment
  • Experience in leading and scaling a team is a plus
  • Experience in Retail environment highly preferred

The Senior Manager, Retail Analytics and Data Solutions will be responsible for aligning data and reporting across all of Retail. This individual will deliver information to stakeholders to enable fact-based decision making, while providing insights into the business.
