Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to join our Retail Leasing team, with minimum 7 years’ KSA experience. The successful candidate will assist the Leasing Director in all retail leasing activities across the ROSHN Group portfolio, primarily focusing on the new ROSHN Group developments including the NCCs and District Centres. These retail centres are designed for the convenience of our residents and need to provide their daily/weekly retail, F&B and service needs. The portfolio will require optimization in terms of tenant mix, quality of tenant covenant and the sustainability of lease terms. Best in class standard is the ultimate goal.

Responsibilities

Assist the Leasing Director in all retail leasing activities across the ROSHN Group portfolio. Focus on optimizing tenant mix and ensuring sustainability of lease terms in new developments.
