SALES STRATEGY & TARGET ACHIEVEMENT * Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. * Manage P&L for the retail business and monitor financial performance of stores. * Analyze sales trends, product performance, and store-wise revenue to identify improvement areas. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. STORE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT * Oversee day-to-day operations across all retail outlets. * Ensure adherence to store SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and customer experience benchmarks. * Implement promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and in-store events. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT * Lead, mentor, and manage Retail Store Managers and sales teams. * Conduct regular training sessions on selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service. * Monitor team KPIs, provide performance feedback, and drive productivity culture. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. BUSINESS EXPANSION & MARKET DEVELOPMENT * Identify opportunities for new store openings, market expansion, and growth channels. * Coordinate with real estate, projects, and marketing teams for new outlet rollouts. * Conduct market research on competitors, customer preferences, and trends. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5. INVENTORY & STOCK MANAGEMENT * Monitor stock levels, shrinkage control, and replenishment cycles. * Ensure timely coordination with supply chain for stock distribution. * Review slow-moving and fast-moving products and recommend corrective actions. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6.
