Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Peru and Ecuador markets and matter expert for key RGM big bet for Center Zone strongly connected to Latam Team.
  • Ensure value equation targets achieved within Geography: Rev > Tx’s > Vol + Gain SOV
  • Lead strategies, deliver insights, plans regarding RGM Key Pillars: 1. Lead, set & get the Price (Maximize value extraction for each brand/market by understanding the variables that affect consumer price and affect our price recommendations), 2. Portfolio Mix and Management (Secure the availability of the right portfolio to attend occasions and the willingness to pay of the consumers), 3. Promotional Investment Optimization (Define the right and efficient promotions investments, generating additional profit for the system).
  • Lead RGM capabilities building (Tools and Dashboards).
  • Monitor progress in key markets using metrics to assess effectiveness of on-going strategies relative to desired business results.
  • Actively participate in functional units action planning sessions as requested or needed
  • Perform ad-hoc Price simulations to Maximize LT Revenues / Profit / Transactions Growth
  • Support Operations on BP Alignment sessions with Top Bottling Partner
  • Support and provide key RGM input on Alignment & Implementations
