Job Responsibilities Develop the business plan and execute the P&L of the Category. Define, track, and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings. Identify various marketing opportunities that allow for the business to scale up / activate specific consumer segments to grow the category Plan for optimization of campaigns for cost-efficient customer acquisition across channels Assist the sales team by developing a deep understanding of consumer buying habits and using CRM Generate new product ideas, and enhancements to existing products and collate requests from both internal and external requestors Create/Improve the GTM strategy for new/existing products Key Requirements Extremely hands-on with analytics and data-driven problem solving Strong comfort and proficiency in SQL High proficiency in using AI tools for analytics and productivity Experience working with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and agents Ideal candidate profile 6+ years of experience in a growth, category management or revenue management role MBA or B.Tech from a Tier 1 college Demonstrated experience in working with large stakeholder groups Should have end-to-end ownership of a defined line of business or category, with a proven track record of driving significant growth.
