Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and reporting on risk exposure across the business ensuring accurate and timely submissions of regulatory reporting where required
• Oversight of new Regulatory policies and procedures as a subject matter SME to identify and support management of associated risks
• Identify, assess and manage non-financial risks, including operational, reputational and compliance risks.
• Promote and reinforce all WPB non-financial risk role-holders to ensure sound processes are in place to minimize Non-Financial risk in WPB business and form adequate control in the “First Line of Defence”
• Evaluate and enhance existing processes and controls

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Finance and/or business-related field with relevant experience in non-financial risk.
• Proven effective leadership experience in managing offshore teams
• High level of analytical, attention to detail and reasoning skills.
• Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong organisational and time management skills in order to meet competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and presentation skills
