You’ll play a key role in the smooth, end‑to‑end operation of Westpac’s most senior risk committees, to ensure they run seamlessly and meet the highest governance standards. You’ll coordinate agendas, forward planners and action logs, prepare and quality‑review papers, maintain key committee documents, and manage meeting logistics, including presenters’ flow and room administration. Strong stakeholder management, with the confidence to engage senior leaders and influence outcomes respectfully.
