In this role, you’ll be part of our Business Risk Management team, working closely with the Consumer Finance Line of Business. You’ll play a key part in helping the business understand and manage risk by providing practical, tailored advice and clear reporting. You’ll support governance, incident and issue oversight, and remediation activity, making sure we stay on track and meet our policy obligations. You’ll also help shape papers and briefing notes for senior leaders and Risk Committees, and support engagement with regulators. This is a permanent role based in Sydney (with 2-3 days in the office per week), and you’ll work collaboratively across multiple teams to strengthen risk awareness and capability across the division. What do I need? You’ll bring: Strong experience in operational risk, compliance, governance, or similar within financial services Confidence preparing clear, concise papers and reporting for senior stakeholders Solid stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to partner across multiple teams Excellent written and verbal communication Great time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities Why join us?
