We’re looking for a Senior Manager to support UNITE-related initiatives within our Customer & Corporate Services division. In this role, you’ll help manage delivery and delivered risks across key projects, ensuring change is implemented safely and effectively. You’ll work closely with project teams to identify and manage risks, support decision-making, and ensure new processes and controls meet our risk appetite and compliance obligations. You’ll also play a key role in building a strong risk culture that balances commercial outcomes with customer and ethical considerations. The role will play a crucial part of the UNITE team ensuring that risks and impacts to CCS are mitigated and managed. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney or Adelaide with flexible working arrangements (2-3 days in office). What do I need?
