Description

You will shape the strategic development of our Risk Management Consulting and actively contribute to the expansion of the business unit.
You will further develop existing customer relationships, acquire new customers, and position us as a strong consulting partner in the market.
You advise executives and top management on the transformation of risk organizations and the design of the risk management of the future.
Working in a team, you will develop forward-looking consulting services related to risk transformation, data and AI, and successfully introduce new topics to the market.
You will be responsible for project teams, customer projects and the sustainable expansion of our risk management business, and you will have the opportunity to take on additional leadership/management responsibilities.
A trusting and team-oriented working atmosphere, flexible working hours and home office options, as well as individual mentoring programs and other committed communities such as our women's network.

Must-have:
- Several years of experience in consulting or a comparable role in the banking or financial services sector with a focus on risk management
- Sound knowledge of financial risk, non-financial risk and regulatory risk of banks (e.g. credit/market price/liquidity risk, ESG risks, operational risk, minimum requirements for risk management, EBA guidelines, etc.)
- Demonstrable success in business development, sales of consulting services, or building strategic customer relationships.
- A robust network in the banking and financial services industry, as well as a confident demeanor at the management level.
- Initial leadership or development responsibility for teams or consulting units beyond project management
- Willingness to travel and fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge in the field of AI use cases, risk analytics, or regulatory requirements for the use of AI.
- Experience in developing target operating models and digital transformation of risk organizations
