Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a chance to step into a senior leadership role within our consumer practice, working across a portfolio of iconic global brands and household names. You’ll be the driving force behind campaigns that spark conversation, cut through noise and capture imaginations.
As a Senior Manager (SAD) you’ll be the go to client partner, steering big picture strategy while ensuring flawless delivery. You’ll bring the best out of your teams, manage A-list talent collaborations and have the creative vision to keep our work fresh, brave and culture relevant.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead client relationships, providing senior counsel and building trusted partnerships with global brand teams
  • Oversee day to day running of major accounts, ensuring work is creative, impactful and on brief
  • Shape campaign strategies that combine earned first thinking with integrated ideas
  • Collaborate with talent, influencers and cultural partners to bring campaigns to life
  • Spot opportunities for clients to be part of the cultural conversation
  • Manage, motivate and mentor account teams, fostering creativity and excellence
  • Play a key role in new business, pitching bold ideas that win
  • Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to award winning standards
