At The Disneyland Resort, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through world-class facilities and operational excellence. The Senior Manager, Safety with a focus on facilities operations, provides strategic direction and daily oversight to salaried cast members responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining essential safety and operational programs across complex facilities environments. This role requires advanced technical judgment and leadership in identifying, assessing, and resolving a wide range of operational and safety challenges within facilities and infrastructure systems.
The Senior Manager, Safety reports directly to the Director, Safety Services and leads a team of approximately 10 to 15 technical and safety professionals.

The hiring range for this position in California is $151,000.00-$202,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered
