Job Description We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Manager - Safety, Health & Environment to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety, health, and environmental programs across our organization. Develop and implement strategic SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations Lead and mentor a team of SHE professionals, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize workplace hazards Oversee incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans Collaborate with senior management to integrate SHE considerations into business decisions and operations Develop and deliver SHE training programs for employees at all levels of the organization Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and represent the company in SHE-related matters Analyze SHE performance data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders Stay current with emerging SHE trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization Ensure compliance with all applicable SHE laws, regulations, and standards in Saudi Arabia and internationally Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 15 years of experience in SHE management, with a proven track record of successful program implementation Relevant professional certifications such as CSP, CMIOSH, or NEBOSH In-depth knowledge of local and international SHE regulations and standards Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence at all levels of the organization Proficiency in SHE management systems and software Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing SHE policies and procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis Project management skills and experience in managing complex SHE initiatives Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
