This role is within Chamberlain Group’s Sales Analytics function. The Senior Manager will recommend data-based insights to guide Sales, Sales Strategy & Operations, and Product leadership to increase sales and profitability through leading broad and unstructured strategic intelligence projects that assimilate cross-functional viewpoints with external data sets in order to develop critical sales performance benchmarks such as market size and selling productivity. The role also leads a team of analysts through prioritization, discovery, advanced analyses, visualizations, and publication of findings. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field and a minimum of 10+ years experience in business analytics or related field

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering)
  • 10+ years’ work experience in business analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or similar functions; strong project management experience
  • Ability to interpret and articulate insightful conclusions and effectively communicate to leadership and stakeholders
  • Ability to integrate and manage data from multiple sources to create dynamic financial models and analysis tools
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured role and iterate with continuous improvements
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated success as a supervisor
  • Able to travel occasionally - North America
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of strategic programs that support business strategy including target setting and performance measurement for Chamberlain Group channels, partners, and sales teams
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholders through broad and unstructured intelligence projects by assimilating cross-functional viewpoints and external data sets to capture key sales benchmarks such as market sizing
  • Champion advanced quantitative analysis including market trends, builder share, predictive forecasting, pipeline conversion, connectivity penetration, price elasticity, and ROI of sales activities to drive long-term objectives
  • Develop and prioritize the team’s project roadmap including scheduling and performance improvements for active and new projects; manage the relationship with outside IT resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners within Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Sales Strategy & Operations to provide strategic and analytical insights across channel and product levels that support the business strategy; maintain communication of assumptions and findings across teams while keeping Leadership informed
  • Leverage knowledge and skills of analyst team to bridge findings and best practices across studies and models
  • Standardize analysis platforms and prioritize opportunities for system integration
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
