About the Role Our Client is Seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sales Head – Luxury Business to lead our luxury travel sales and business development initiatives across the GCC region. The ideal candidate is an industry expert with an established book of business and deep relationships across the Arab luxury travel ecosystem. This role is tailored for someone who truly understands the preferences of Emirati, Saudi, and Gulf clientele, and has successfully sold ultra-luxury experiences to high-net-worth individuals and Arab offsprings. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales & business development strategy targeting high-net-worth Arab clients (Emiratis, Saudis, Kuwaitis, Qataris) for bespoke luxury travel experiences, private resorts, yachts, jets, and curated itineraries. Cultivate, manage, and grow relationships with luxury travel agencies, concierge services, private offices, VIP networks, and hospitality partners across the GCC. Drive sales performance; achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets, ensuring a strong and sustainable sales pipeline. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals and partnerships with regional luxury travel stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure culturally nuanced, premium experiences for Arab clientele. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and client expectations; provide regular insights and adapt strategy accordingly. Mentor and train junior sales associates focused on the Arab high-net-worth market. 8+ years of proven success in sales/business development within luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end lifestyle sectors. Deep network across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and GCC luxury travel and concierge markets. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable. Strong understanding of Arab culture, luxury travel expectations, and client behavior. Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and meet or exceed ambitious sales targets. Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with luxury travel products (private jets, resorts, yachts, villas, bespoke experiences). Willingness to travel frequently across GCC and represent the brand at luxury trade shows and VIP events. Proficiency in CRM systems, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field; an MBA or luxury specialization is a plus. Desired Attributes Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, able to identify new luxury niches and growth opportunities. High cultural intelligence and refined understanding of affluent Arab client expectations. Strong integrity and discretion when dealing with VIP and high-net-worth individuals. Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills. Leadership qualities, ability to build and mentor a small sales team. Competitive base salary range of 20K AED + performance-based commission/bonus structure.
