EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s Degree equivalent experience preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 7 years leadership experience within a commercial organization, with at least 10 years of combined experience in sales, commercial excellence, training, or operations.
• Experience in the biotech or clinical healthcare industry and in more than one geographic region (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia).
• Validated experience in developing and delivering in a global, matrixed organization.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Strong leadership abilities with a proven capacity for critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage collaborators at all levels.
• Proficiency with software applications, particularly LMS (e.g., Docebo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com), and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to collaborate across different teams and balance multiple projects at the same time with strong organizational skills.
• High energy level or equivalent experience, positive approach, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 50% globally.
