POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to lead initiatives that elevate the performance of our global Sales organization. In this role, you’ll design and deliver high-impact enablement programs that accelerate onboarding, improve sales productivity, and drive consistent execution across the funnel.
You will play a critical role in driving the successful rollout and adoption of AppCentral, our AI-powered cloud platform, ensuring Sales teams are equipped to engage prospects, manage opportunities, and close deals with confidence. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, training, and operational excellence, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and knows how to translate business goals into scalable enablement programs.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute Enablement strategy for the Sales organization, including onboarding, ongoing learning, and role-specific trainings.
  • Develop and deliver programs focused on sales methodology, product positioning, CRM usage, and tools enablement.
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations to identify enablement gaps and proactively address skills, tools, and process readiness.
  • Build and manage curriculum for Sales roles, including Account Executives, SDRs, Solutions Consultants, and Channel Partners.
  • Drive adoption of AppCentral by creating scalable training content, playbooks, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to define success metrics and track enablement effectiveness.
  • Continuously evaluate program impact through KPIs such as ramp time, win rates, quota attainment, and deal velocity.
