This job is based in Stabio, Ticino, Switzerland and requires office presence with limited working from home solutions.

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager / Sales Manager in the footwear or fashion industry.
  • Strong expertise in sales network development and go-to-market processes on a global scale.
  • Track record of successfully managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent understanding of international market dynamics and distribution models.
  • Ability to work with external consultants and internal stakeholders to implement sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English; Italian; additional languages are a plus.
