The Indirect Compensation & Contracts team, as part of the Value organization, oversees all compensation, incentive, and contractual initiatives & programs across Value’s Exclusive and Authorized Retailer channels.
As the Sr Mgr - Channel Mgmt, you will be responsible for leading compensation and incentives design across the Total Wireless, Simple Mobile, and Verizon Prepaid Indirect channels, specifically supporting Master Agent and Retailer initiatives. Your role will require a high degree of collaboration across Master Agent account management, leadership, and support organizations, with key responsibilities to include:
- Navigate working across historical Verizon Cellco agreements & legacy Tracfone contracts in partnership with Verizon Legal to serve as the subject matter expert for Value Indirect contract policies and compensation structure.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to develop, socialize, and distribute Legal notices pertaining to compensation, incentives, and brand specific policies.
- Manage and evolve the Exclusive Retailer Co-op program to enable local marketing support driven by Master Agents for their Total Wireless store portfolio.
- Design, model, and analyze sales incentive programs to drive performance and distribution growth.
- Recommend and align contractual strategies and structure across brands where feasible, creating cohesive Verizon Value Indirect standards and requirements.
- Identify and implement enhancements to Master Agent contracts to reduce risk and improve channel performance.
- Own all contract work associated with Master Agent onboarding and acquisition activity, ensuring proper execution within respective timelines in partnership with the Sales organization.
- Oversee and coordinate end-to-end ownership of various complex strategic initiatives/projects simultaneously and organize/prioritize them to align to the channel’s broader strategic goals with limited oversight and direction.
- Consistently deliver high quality work that fully addresses the intended criteria, goals, and objectives.
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing to stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
