Qualification Required : BE/B. Tech in Mechanical / Civil Work Experience Required : 15 to 18 years in Construction Industry Sales. Job summary To manage the Sales and Marketing functions of north and east region assigned and work closely with D.G.M for achieving the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Targets assigned. Individual shall be responsible for driving sales, marketing and collection function in the fields of coupler, Bar and other Dextra business. Essential duties and Responsibilities (others may be assigned) To manage sales achieve department targets. To achieve sales and profit objectives by prospecting & developing business opportunities. Responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with present and potential clients. Responsible for AR collection (Couplers & Threads), Retention, TDS certificate etc to keep the dues under control as per Management guidance. Benchmarking of Dextra India competition, including Market prices information & insights about competitor's overall quality and services. Provides training, guidelines to team to ensure best customer service to clients and business and high level of customer satisfaction. Ensured that team deliver best results as targeted.
Responsibilities
