Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Manager, Sales Performance Analyst, you will create purposeful sales pipeline MI in the form of automated dashboards and visualisations that help our business evaluate the success of our sales funnel with the goal of optimising conversions and improving our time from lead to live for merchants. As the UK lead for our sales engine performance indicators, this senior role manages the narrative on overall sales performance and playback for our UK leadership team. The role may also support other global regions (e.g. Europe & APAC) as required with monthly performance measures.
You will drive the adoption of automated reporting using Salesforce automated visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI & Google Data Studio) reengineering reports where necessary to establish real time views and driving a cadence underpinned by value add reporting. Attendance at in person meetings, with Exec and key partners to present these findings/insights to the Partner, exploring opportunities to hit, and exceed, forecasts. The ability to craft appropriate value-adding commentary that helps us manage our lead performance by lead source, highlighting areas of growth and enabling us to address any blockers.
This role may manage interns on a temporary project basis and you will report to the Senior Manager, International Insights. We are offering a basic salary between £36,500 - 49,800 Annual, plus a range of benefits including a matched pension scheme, healthcare, a welcoming culture, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays and much more!

DAY TO DAY KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Responsible for telling the story around sales performance and drawing leaders to both frictionless pathways to accelerate growth, as well as potential blockers that need to be solved. There is a requirement for accurate and timely Sales MI (weekly, monthly and quarterly) focused on appropriate measures and leading indicators for the UK business that drive value and reflect relevant KPIs.
  • Has a strong focus on adding value through commentary and insight, and is able to articulate the story of leads through our funnel at required forums e.g. UKLT, Business Review meetings and Monthly Governance meetings with key partners (if needed)
  • Has a passion for reconciling facts and ensuring ‘one view’ of the truth
  • Where necessary, explores innovative visualisation and scientific data solutions to ensure data challenges are streamlined to enable appropriate trends and forecasting
  • Innovating and refining processes, always looking to reduce manual effort through automation and best practise to empowering our leadership team with insight, direction and commentary
  • Works closely with Finance to ensure pipeline MI relates to actual sales MI and targets so that live, in month performance translates to expected results at the end of the month
