Responsibilities:

Johnson & Johnson is undergoing a major transformation of systems and processes. To help driving the digital transformation as part of the Innovative Medicine Finance Transformation program, you will:

  • Develop strategies for the implementation of system architecture designs, ensuring their successful execution within program timelines and budgetary constraints
  • Collect and evaluate business requirements; recommend solutions with SAP BTP / S4 HANA capabilities and offerings
  • Lead and coordinate testing, validation, documentation and the deployment of the solutions
  • Evaluate the progress of implementation, identify any potential risks or issues and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Partner closely with IMPO, IT, Supply Chain, FS&T, Finance, TransAct and Transcend programs
  • Stay current with SAP BTP and S4 HANA technologies, trends, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management plans and training programs to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and architectural changes
  • Handle ad hoc projects related to the role or personal development plans

Qualifications:

  • Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, computer science or comparable qualifications
  • Strong English language skills both spoken and written

Experience and Skills:

  • Deep understanding of financial processes and systems combined with strong technical skills
  • 7+ years of proven experience; at least 3 years focused on SAP
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and other SAP solutions (Fiori, SAP build Apps, Process Automation Workflows, other BTP services)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong influence and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Passion for process improvement and for exploring new technologies
  • Pragmatism, can-do mindset

  • Preferred locations: Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, UK. Virtual role can be considered from any country in the EMEA region.
  • Limited travelling required
