key Responsibilities:

•  Manage the procurement cycle for indirect materials: from requisitions, sourcing, RFQs, negotiation, contracting, and to PO placement.
• • Utilize SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) systems to manage supplier onboarding, performance, risk assessment and Tender process.
• • Use SAP to create and manage purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, perform supplier evaluations, and track KPIs (cost performance, quality, delivery, sustainability).
• • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, Marketing) to understand their needs and plan procurement strategies accordingly.
• • Drive cost savings, efficiency improvements, and process optimization (e.g., via standardization, consolidation, framework agreements).
• • Monitor market trends, benchmark pricing, and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitiveness and continuity of supply.
• • Participate in cross-functional projects, such as process improvement, system implementations, or supplier development.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in procurement
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis, reporting).
• • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). German language skills are strongly preferred.
• • Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier management.
• • Ability to travel occasionally (Europe) as needed.
