Your role in the team

• 
  
• You analyze technical requirements in the SAP-HR environment and implement them with a focus on SAP HCM (Payroll & Time Management) as well as SuccessFactors (Employee Central, P&G, SmartRecruiters, and Onboarding).
• 
  
• With your expertise, you advise the specialist departments on technical solutions, system architectures, and end-to-end processes, and develop both technical and functional concepts.
• 
  
• The development and enhancement of SAP HCM solutions using ABAP, BAdIs, and User-Exits are part of your responsibilities, as well as customizing, particularly in the areas of Payroll and Time Management.
• 
  
• You design, implement, and maintain integrations between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and connected third-party systems; at the same time, you further develop existing interfaces based on APIs, middleware solutions, or the Integration Center.
• 
  
• You support the further development of the SuccessFactors modules Employee Central, P&G, SmartRecruiters, and Onboarding.
• 
  
• You analyze errors in a structured manner, perform debugging and performance optimizations, and support 2nd- and 3rd-level support.
• 
  
• In addition, your responsibilities include participating in transformation and rollout projects, for example in the S/4HANA or HR environment, as well as ensuring documentation, compliance, and audit requirements.
