Description
Provides leadership and oversight to the Scheduling & Fulfillment group. Oversee processes related to the procurement, daily management, vendor management of spare parts, components to meet planned and actual demand from both internal and external parties. Ensures ongoing order fulfillment through the management of transportation, distribution and other related processes. Defines, develops and executes sourcing strategies designed to achieve fulfillment obligations in the most cost effective, efficient and compliant manner. Responsibilities Provides directions of Scheduling & Fulfillment teams and leaders. Contributes to the development and execution of Scheduling & Fulfillment tools, leveraging technology to support strategic sourcing activities on behalf of internal and external stakeholders. Monitors Scheduling & Fulfillment and associated metrics to understand systemic, emerging and materially impactful challenges. Drives cross-functional efforts to identify root causes and identify, recommend and implement tactical improvements. Consolidates and addresses project change recommendations, striving to optimize resources and minimize costs. Reports to senior management on status on a daily, weekly KPI’s , issues and risks on a regular and ongoing basis. Ensure optimal efficiency by monitoring work quality, delivering reports, statistics and recommendations for improvement. Presents recommendations for operational efficiencies and process improvements and assists in policy development to support change initiatives. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Typically has 8-10 years of experience in Scheduling and Fulfillment and typically 2-4 years leadership experience in managing large team Ability to handle conflicts and situations rising out of working with people across different countries and regions Lean management and drive change management Fluent business English skills (Written and spoken).
