The Senior Manager, Science and Technology Communications is responsible for managing integrated communications strategies that elevate our reputation as a leader in AI-driven innovation and scientific excellence, with the goal of driving collaboration, enterprise growth, and adoption of new capabilities. This role involves partnering directly with scientific and communications leaders and external vendors to define audiences, coordinate content production, and serve as a connector across Danaher Corporation.
This position is part of Corporate Communications and will be Remote.
THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:
Storytelling and Communication: This role will plan and develop content and materials for Danaher Science and Technology integrated (internal and external) communications initiatives, positioning Danaher as an AI-enabled innovator and activating science and technology associates within the company. Candidates should have a history of coordinating internal and external teams to ensure timely project completion and establish standard frameworks for corporate content production across stakeholders.
Segmentation and targeting: This role will require technical expertise, strategy development experience and messaging targeting specific external and internal audiences. Candidates should know when to remain high-level or dive into details. They should be able to articulate future innovation and enterprise growth initiatives internally and externally without relying on product features.
Cross-organizational Collaboration: This role will work closely with teams across Danaher Corporation and Danaher operating companies, as well as key vendors, to achieve joint goals. The candidate is expected to help establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of integrated Science & Technology communications and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. This individual will work closely with vendors to analyze trends and own reporting of key findings to leadership teams at a regular cadence.
