The Senior Manager, Social Influence serves as the global lead for the Sportstyle business unit, responsible for developing and executing strategic influence marketing initiatives that shape PUMA’s cultural impact. This role requires a deep understanding of digital influence, community-building, and emerging trends to engage with key voices across social platforms, cultural communities, and industry networks. The Senior Manager collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to craft meaningful partnerships and activations that align with seasonal and long-term brand priorities. From identifying key talent and driving seeding strategies to overseeing influencer storytelling and measurement, this role is instrumental in ensuring PUMA remains at the forefront of culture and community engagement.

The Senior Manager, Social Influence, will play a vital role in shaping how the brand engages with its influencer community and how these partnerships translate into tangible results for the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Develop scalable influencer seeding strategy aligned with seasonal marketing goals.
• Ensure timely delivery by syncing seeding initiatives with order placement deadlines.
• Collaborate with logistics to manage seeding inventory efficiently.
• Design tools for stock management and implement a user-friendly order system.
• Build and maintain influencer network aligned with brand values.
• Brief agencies, evaluate proposals, and oversee partnerships to ensure impactful results.
• Foster relationships with influencers, agencies, and stakeholders for maximum ROI.
• Track and analyze influencer campaign performance.
• Provide regular actionable reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed on influencer trends to guide future strategies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for regional markets, ensuring global strategy alignment.
• Guide onboarding, training, and local activations and optimize processes for seamless operations.
• Advise internal teams for integrated campaign execution.
• Stay ahead of trends, platforms, and tools to evolve influencer strategies.
• Drive innovation to improve reach, engagement, and effectiveness of influencer partnerships.
• Ability to align business goals with influencer opportunities and you have strong organizational skills, handling multiple projects.
• Expertise in performance measurement and optimization.
• Effective in working with internal teams and external partners and capable of guiding teams and driving results.
• You have clear verbal and written skills for complex ideas and are passionate about brand-building and social media trends.
• 5+ years in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in managing influencer networks and logistics.
• Experience working with influencer agencies and managing relationships.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and align stakeholders.
• You are fluent in both German and English and ready for a limited to a 12-month contract with the potential of extension.
