JOB SUMMARY
As the Senior Manager - Social Media Strategy for Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia, you will lead the development and execution of innovative social media strategies that drive brand engagement and awareness. This role entails leveraging data analytics, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of social media platforms to create vibrant and engaging content that resonates with our audiences. Your leadership will guide a team in building a meaningful online presence while aligning with the overall marketing objectives of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a proven track record in a senior role.
- Skills:
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and performance analytics.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
- Proficient in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to craft engaging campaigns.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential to engage with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with Six Flags Qiddiya’s marketing objectives and brand vision.
- Oversee daily management of social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging content that reflects the brand’s messaging.
- Analyze social media performance data to optimize content and inform future strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and design, to ensure a cohesive approach to promotions and campaigns.
- Establish and maintain a social media content calendar that incorporates timely and relevant content for various channels.
- Engage with followers across platforms, responding to comments and inquiries to cultivate a strong community around the brand.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to remain competitive and identify new opportunities for audience engagement.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, assessing effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Lead and mentor social media team members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on social media performance and emerging trends.
- Develop partnerships and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
- Ensure all content is in compliance with brand guidelines and legal standards.
