Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Provide technical oversight, architectural guidance, and support for system design reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX, security, and DevOps. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics and implementing process enhancements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, managing distributed teams.
