Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a team of Solution Engineers, playing a crucial role in driving a high-growth business.
- Support Team Members growth and development.
- Develop and maintain a recruiting pipeline of potential candidates to meet future business demands
- Work with regional sales managers to prioritise Solution Engineering efforts
- Develop and allocate resources, participate in strategic deals.
- Work together across Teams inside MuleSoft and Salesforce to build awareness, drive Pipeline, progress and close Deals in multi Product Scenarios
- Collaborate closely with the Solution Engineering management team to drive internal innovation
