We are adding a Senior Manager, Sourcing to bring sourcing expertise and leadership experience to our Supply Chain team. Responsibilities Serve as the crucial link between Supply Chain, Integrated Supply Chain, operations/manufacturing, quality, finance and programs and as an extension of the organization to the rest of ISC to drive material availability and superior internal customer service. Lead procurement activity including operations, supplier quality and supplier representatives to ensure collaboration and communication between site specific initiatives and ISC operations. Manage communication on production readiness including forecasting and Clear-to-Build tactical visibility. Lead change management initiatives to resolve production and assembly needs in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Develop and implement supplier roadmaps, capacity analysis, supplier accountability metrics, and tools to support visibility of key leading indicators on material availability. Work closely with tactical procurement teams to ensure purchase orders are issued outside/at lead time to support on time to PO delivery of production parts. Collaborate with tactical procurement to ensure that PO delivery dates align with MRP demand. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting or related field required. Must have 7 or more years of experience, including experience performing key procurement activities, including commodity strategy development, contract writing and administration, supplier negotiation, purchase order placement and fulfillment. SAP knowledge or experience with systems related to purchase order transactions and contracts / subcontracts administration. Six Sigma/Lean Principles experience preferred.
