Description

Collaborate with colleagues to understand the business need and design data solutions that provide insight, including building dashboards, presentations and adhoc recommendations Perform technical analysis and create datasets that describe business questions/processes Analyze operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify cause-and-effect relationships between key business drivers Develop case and articulate potential impact of the solution to the business providing clarification of the enabling solutions and reports Perform statistical analysis on various data sets to derive actionable insights to improve business Ensure data integrity for reporting Work closely with data engineers and develop skills to build data pipelines for analysis Automate and improve data quality and bring productivity to workflows related to data Build reporting tools and dashboards to efficiently provide visibility on key metrics Degree/master's in computer science, Mathematics or Statistics major Relevant applied work experience in quantitative analysis of at least 12-20 years Strong People skills to mentor the team of small size Ability to work with large amounts of data from disparate sources: collecting, consolidating, analyzing, and synthesizing Strong problem-solving skills Hands-on experience and in-depth technical knowledge of SQL Programming Hands-on experience with a self-serve BI tool (Tableau or others) Experience with extracting and modeling datasets with database queries and environment (Hadoop/Spark) Experience with programming languages (e.g. PySpark, Python, Java) Experience in managing agile implementation cycles and rollouts Self-motivated, proactive, get-things-done team member who lives to improve data quality and drive results We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
