- You have a strong understanding of government approvals and multi-year planning processes.
- You have experience with project planning and management techniques.
- You can evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for process improvements using key performance indicators, risk assessment techniques and performance measurement frameworks.
COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SKILLS:
- You are a skilled communicator and can provide briefings and strategic advice to senior leaders on corporate initiatives and priorities within a sensitive political environment.
- You can identify internal and external influences and risks and make strategic recommendations for mitigation.
- You have good judgement and political acuity to recognize and respond to politically sensitive issues.
