The SENIOR MANAGER, STRATEGIC & COMMERCIAL PLANNING, ADC APAC will be responsible for leading the development of detailed strategic plans across Asia Pacific and its sub regions. Specific activities include: defining the process, conducting analyses and developing insights to guide decision-making, assessing strategic options, engaging senior, cross-functional stakeholders to maintain competitive differentiation and achieve growth goals.
The resulting plans will be designed to capture all relevant growth opportunities via a structured strategic planning approach that produces actionable plans that can be implemented, tracked, and refined. This position will lead cross-functional teams in the development of such plans and ensure there is a transfer of knowledge in strategic thinking and planning capabilities to enable the entire organization to elevate their ability to identify and capture opportunities for Abbott Diabetes Care.
