Job description: The Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for building and supporting the execution of Smartlinx Strategic Alliance and Partnerships mission with a focus on Professional Services Firms, Software Providers, State and Industry Associations, and Consultants. The ideal candidate must be effective at partnering with key stakeholders across Smartlinx including Senior Management, Sales, Marketing & Product Leadership, and Finance. This individual will work in collaboration with various Smartlinx department leaders to support and coordinate win-win partnerships, sales processes, go-to-market strategies, and business development initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion. The candidate will have sustainable energy and initiative with qualities that inspire teamwork and trust to influence multiple lines of businesses in support of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships. The candidate must be a creative thinker, self-starter, resourceful, and driven in their pursuit of creating value for Smartlinx customers. This position will require travel. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Mature/evolve Smartlinx’s overall partner and alliance strategy for commercial, embedded, and supporting partners Create and support long-term business plans with new and existing partners that will result in customer value creation.? Align cross-functional leadership and teams to ensure appropriate resources are applied to partnership execution.? Manage day-to-day requests from existing partners, as well as periodic, structured check-ins Drive strategic partner initiatives, aligning product, marketing, sales, client success, and partner leads to maximize value for both Smartlinx and partners. Analyze and present growth opportunities in business reviews with partners. Share feedback, feature requests, etc. and work cross-functionally to prioritize. Serve as the voice of our partners, advocating for the outcomes of the client and the path to value, to provide input into product, marketing, sales, and technology Requirements KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: Customer empathy, business acumen, software commercialization Exceptional communication skills and relationship building skills with demonstrated success in working with C-level executives and building relationships across organizations.? Practical problem solving capabilities with a ‘get it done’ attitude. Ability to create buy-in, both internally and externally Ability to develop strong partnerships and a collaborative, team environment within and across functional organizations.?
