Position Summary
As a key member of the Initiative Management unit under the department of Strategy, Future and Institutional Performance at HCT, the Senior Manager Projects is responsible for advancing HCTs strategic goals by leading teams to deliver a portfolio of Strategic initiatives/projects that span across one or more business units. He/She will have program management responsibility for multiple initiatives/projects in terms of resources, schedules and financials and must adhere to stage gate quality control guidelines throughout the full project management life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
