You will be an integral member of the iShopChangi Leadership Team, reporting into the Head of Business Development.
You will be responsible to lead the growth strategy for iShopChangi’s Beauty, Wellness and Fashion Categories.
You will be required to fulfil the following duties and responsibilities:-

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree Holder with at least 10 – 15 years of mixed experience in Business Development, Retail Management / Merchandising & eCommerce, preferably in Beauty
• P&L Management Experience is a must
• Very strong commercial and relationship management abilities
• Very strong Management Presentation Skills, including preparation of Long-Term Business Case and Pitches
• Good command of English is essential for both written & spoken
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, hands-on and problem-solving attitude
