Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Over 10 years of relevant professional experience, successfully driving cross-functional projects and aligning diverse stakeholder groups toward common strategic goals
Proven success in developing and optimizing pricing strategies and governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, internal alignment, and profitable growth
Strong analytical background, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable pricing insights using advanced analytics tools, delivering measurable impact on business performance
Skilled in content and knowledge management, with experience in developing, structuring, and distributing pricing-related frameworks, policies, and training materials across organizations
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive pricing excellence initiatives
Responsibilities
Drive pricing initiatives and work across business units at Henkel Adhesive Technologies in collaboration with digital business and cross functional teams across product management, sales, marketing, and finance
Design, implement, and maintain efficient pricing processes and systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability in pricing decisions. Continuously monitor performance and drive ongoing optimization of pricing workflows
Develop and enforce pricing guidelines, policies, and governance frameworks to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards
Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor pricing trends, assess pricing effectiveness, and forecast financial impacts. Deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders through regular reporting
Lead and manage strategic pricing initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups
Facilitate a cross-functional pricing community to foster Pricing Excellence, encourage best practice sharing, and drive alignment across Strategic Business Units. Support capability-building efforts through targeted training programs and ongoing development initiatives to enhance pricing expertise throughout the organization
