JOB DESCRIPTION

Support the Organization’s competitive advantage by developing, implementing and monitoring strategic sourcing and category management strategies to realize cost savings through bulk sourcing with a focus on aligning with the overall company strategic goals and priorities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, including several years in a leadership role (e.g., 7+ years total, 5+ in leadership).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage high-performing teams, and influence stakeholders across various levels.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive process effectiveness.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with SAP/Ariba for Sourcing and Contracts, ERP systems (like JDE) and data analysis tools (such as PowerBI).
  • Negotiation & Commercial Acumen: Excellent negotiation skills and strong business acumen with applied legal knowledge.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
