Role Overview: Manages the renewal process with existing clients, including developing the renewal strategy, negotiating the product, rates and benefits mix. Develops reporting strategies and presentation materials that thoroughly represent Aon’s services and value proposition to the client. Serves as a spokesperson for all departments of the company as needed to position most effectively to retain business, expand products offerings and/or create additional business opportunities. Strengthens the organization’s relationship with clients by developing and executing proactive, creative and ongoing contact initiatives. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities: Entry level for Management Trainee / Management Associate or Client Facing Roles Interacts courteously, attentively and confidently with internal colleagues and external clients, primarily to exchange information of a service nature. Under frequent review of process and results, receives instructions and follows clearly defined procedures. Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience Has advanced skills in technical processes or procedures (or deep skills in a single area).
