ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) & Supplier Industrialization Engineering (SIE), reporting to the Senior Director of GSS & SIE. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team and their strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier development & industrialization efforts to support the company’s global operations and manufacturing goals in Mechanical and Composites categories. This role requires strong people management experience, deep technical expertise in mechanical and composite manufacturing processes, and the ability to deliver on strategic initiatives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or supplier development roles, with at least 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing and scaling teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, leading supplier industrialization efforts for NPI and scaling production.
• Expertise in mechanical and composites categories, including materials, manufacturing processes, and supply chain dynamics.
• Expertise in manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, forging, RTM, autoclave curing, and DFM/DFA principles.
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven ability to lead supplier industrialization efforts for NPI and scaling production.
• Proficiency in supplier qualification processes (FAI, PPAP, APQP) and quality management systems (ISO, AS9100).
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools for cost modeling and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
