We’re looking for a Senior Manager to join our Corporate Strategy Team in Singapore. In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and senior business leaders to shape and deliver high-value strategic initiatives across APAC. You’ll apply critical thinking and structured problem-solving to turn complex ideas into clear, actionable results, while strengthening our pipeline of new initiatives from ideation to execution. This is a great opportunity for a motivated strategist to make a real impact and influence senior decision-making across the region.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Act as a strategic thought partner, challenging and refining critical, high-value initiatives.
• Lead working sessions to define clear scope, success criteria, and value drivers.
• Collaborate with business leaders to turn complex ideas into practical, executable solutions.
• Bring structure and clarity to problem-solving and initiative design.
• Translate complex solutions into clear, compelling, decision-ready documentation and business cases.
• Ensure outputs meet high standards for quality, strategic alignment, and delivery readiness.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and support proactive mitigation planning.
• Champion best practices in strategic thinking, governance, and execution across the organisation.
• Drive consistent use of strategic tools, templates, and frameworks.
• Build and maintain a robust knowledge base of high-impact strategic outputs.
• Coach teams on storytelling, structured thinking, and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Support the SVP Corporate Strategy, VP Strategy Execution, and ELT in generating and prioritising new strategic business initiatives.
• Lead structured ideation sessions and help develop early-stage charters and business cases.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Proven experience in strategy development and planning; experience in Management Consulting is highly valued.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
• High level of ownership with the ability to excel in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of engaging confidently with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Experience crafting complex, high-impact PowerPoint presentations and professional documentation.
