BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Talent Partner to work remotely, with frequent travel to our headquarters in Pennsauken, NJ as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SENIOR MANAGER, STRATEGIC TALENT PARTNER:

  • Four (4) year college degree required, preferably in an HR-related
  • Four (4) to six (6) plus years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Track record of sustained success in a service environment with an employee intensive, geographically decentralized business.
  • Track record of successfully developing employees/teams at various

  • Provide employee relations support by responding to staff inquiries, documenting concerns, and escalating complex issues to senior HR professionals while preserving an atmosphere of trust, respect, and caring. Assist operational leaders in assessing and understanding skills gaps within the dedicated business unit.
  • Seek out, build and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships and alliances inside and outside the organization.
  • Function as part of the larger people team by collaborating and leveraging enterprise people group resources.
  • Along with Division Directors and Directors, support EEX efforts, results, plans and recognition within the dedicated business unit.
  • Assist the Division Directors and Directors in creating a people vision for their groups.
  • Assume responsibility for team performance diagnosis and recommendations in alignment with the enterprise and practice strategies and best practices.
  • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
